2. What “live” means here
- Hosted web application with authentication and plan/role gates (Supabase-backed).
- Working modules: unit grids, sales/reservations, installments, project finance views, owner portal, inventory, maps, bilingual EN/FA UI, installable PWA.
- Founder runs a live construction project on the product (domain validation).
- Two co-founders + four operator reviewers; labeled demo account for evaluators (sample data, not paying customers).
3. Why this is not “local services”
- Multi-tenant SaaS on annual plans — same product for many customers.
- Growth by adding subscribers, not by staffing a custom build per construction site.
- International path: learn in a familiar market → Estonia / EU company and outbound sales → broader Europe.
3. Demo access (private)
Do not publish the demo password in public PDFs or git.

Password: provide only in a private note field of the application form or a secure message to the programme.

4. Honest traction stance
Early-stage validation: founder-as-user, small feedback circle, live product. No fake logos, no invented MRR. Commercial scale and EU card billing are on the roadmap after company formation — disclosed in the due-diligence summary.
